I wasn’t entirely satisfied with the Etching ink that I bought to get started with drypoint printmaking at home. Due to a shortage where I buy my printmaking supplies, and given that etching ink isn’t exactly your everyday art supply, I ordered a variety of etching inks online. Testing Sanguine colour Charbonnel Aqua Wash, Portland Black etching ink by Gamblin and Sepia colour Graphic Chemical oil based ink. [...] |
